HMI & SCADA
A well designed Human Machine Interface (HMI) or/and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system is a critical part of any modern day facility. Process Design and Modification
One of the strengths of our team is our operational and design experience and being a multi-disciplinary team. Our team members have design, fabrication, construction and operation experiences in various fields. Troubleshooting & Tuning
No matter if you are having controls, mechanical or design problems with your existing process; our team identifies them, provides options and delivers the solution. We have the ability to fabricate custom parts, provide tuning for your control loops and suggest design or operational procedure adjustments to increase the reliability and uptime.
Custom Fabrications and Retrofitting
It is not always easy to find a off the shelf solution to every problem. That is why AC&M has the in-house experts to design or replace a custom part(s) for our clients. AC&M also does retrofitting for existing machines or processes in order to save on costs and time for our clients that need to put their existing assets into a new service or to meet a new or existing code.
Emergency or Planned Maintenance
Emergency breakdowns and maintenance seem to occur at the worst possible times, when the machine is the most needed. AC&M team understand this. No matter where or what time the service is required, we will do our upmost best to be on your site as soon as possible. We also help our clients avoid costing downtown and breakdowns by developing a maintenance schedule and procedure for our clients.
